Tim Hallac
Mabox MD
Tim founded Mabox 10 years ago to offer the best strategy, marketing and technology to clients. Now he is MD of an award-winning agency, with experience in almost every marketing discipline from branding to sales incentives. Tim loves to sail when given the chance, but weekends seem to be mostly spent taking his daughter to football classes and birthday parties!
Lauren Betts
Account Manager
As well as previous agency experience, Lauren has worked client-side at an NfP organisation in Australia. So she understands the importance of projects running smoothly from strategy to implementation. This is what she ensures for our publishing and recruitment clients. She also has a design degree and believes that "With a cup of tea in your hand, anything is possible."
Adam Payne
Account Manager
Fresh out of university, Adam was keen to throw himself into the marketing world. A few years down the line, having run Mabox campaigns across a variety of business sectors, including recruitment and community, he now ensures the effective and efficient delivery of our marine clients’ projects. Out of work, it’s wall-to-wall sports. From rugby to skiing, if it’s competitive, you’ll probably find Adam there.
Yasmin Brookes
New Business Manager
Yasmin is the voice of Mabox. She’s always on the phone talking about our strengths and what a special company we are. She trained at the Royal Academy of Music but fell into New Business Development 6 years ago. She teaches singing and performs in the odd Blues & Burlesque gig just to keep the creative juices flowing.
Felicity Moore
Studio Manager
Felicity came to Mabox from across the seas; Australia to be precise. After working across a diverse range of industries, including youth projects, charity sector, health, wine marketing, product photography and publishing, she now handles the day-to-day needs of our studio team. When not in front of a Mac, Felicity is usually off exploring even more areas of the globe.
Tom Cartmell
Director, Mabox
Tom is an experienced marketing professional with over 12 years agency experience, developing and delivering marketing programmes across multiple sectors. Tom enjoys a challenge, especially complex briefs that require innovative campaigns. Outside work, Tom’s interests include surfing, Krav Maga and speaking intermediate Russian.
Phil Brown
Director, The Channel Partnership
Phil has tonnes of experience of building successful channel and partnership programmes. He is also a complete music nut. So if you’ve got an hour or three to spare, ask him about his favourite bands. Phil is a keen West Ham fan, but now his two daughters tend to spare him the ordeal of going to watch them too often.
Mark Vickers
Director, Mabox Property
Mark began his career at Fitch & Co over 20 years ago, then worked for Cooper Rose for 11 years where he became the overall Creative Director and joined Mabox recently to specialise in Property Marketing. Saturdays with the family, laughter, white space, Star Wars, type, Pantone 376, fresh coffee, chocolate mousse, glyphs, ITC Garamond std book condensed italic, good red wine, full stops.
David Nutt
Associate (Publishing)
David has spent too much of his life persuading people to buy magazine subscriptions. Strangely though, he first wanted to be a printer, running a printing business at school and getting a printing technology degree. Wisely leaving all that behind, he brings his arcane knowledge of marketing subscriptions to help our publishing clients grow their numbers.
Jamie Hepburn
Director, Mabox Publishing
Jamie has worked in the database industry ever since he realised that half of a Classics degree wasn’t going to pay the bills. He has spent most of his subsequent career improving the analytical and segmentation abilities of his clients, and he actually seems to enjoy it. He is currently saving up to buy a remote Scottish island... but for some reason he won’t tell us which one.
Francesca Garland
Account Executive
Francesca recently graduated from Cardiff University having studied Business and Marketing alongside her role as Social Secretary. Keen to start her career at an agency, she joined the company as Account Executive from a client side role. Francesca supports a number of the team across all sectors and outside of the office has a passion for street dance, music and anything creative!
